    Keep the comment input/textarea at the top of ticket

    Since the last reply is the first item to come, it would better to keep the comment at the top. So we can refer the last comment while replying. Keep the comment input/textarea at the top of ticket.

    Extend the API to include support tickets

    I would be nice if the API was extended to access support tickets so that mobile apps can replace using a web browser to view/update them.

    Support Page Improvement

    When a user is logged in and visits the support page it should also include a link to the Help & Community section. This way a user doesn't have to go back to digitalocean.com to access the awesome and help and community section.

    Make Ticket link in support area really visible

    When you log into the support area, the link to your personal area is barely visible. But that's also how you access your tickets. So your tickets are barely accessible! I think the link to your personal area should be really visible.
