    Add public support tickets statistics

    I think it could be a good idea to track your support tickets and make it public. I think it could make you a special host and encourage people to sign seeing that you are transparent. Example: February 1th, average answer time: 2 hour

    Make text area of message in tickets page more visible

    On reply page of tickets text area is not visible for new users as me (it exists but I didn't saw it). So it would be great if a message text area be highlighted after appearing (for instance, set focus or add borders).

    Add a list of your Help & Community questions to the support page

    When you post a question on the forum they should show up in a list similar to the support tickets. This will allow a user to quickly monitor all of the questions they are attempting to resolve without sorting through the community page. Bonus po...

    Bug/issue site

    Often customers are the best to notice and report bugs related to a product. Please open a new website similar to Bugzilla/Github issues or else to allow to report and track DigitalOcean related issues and their statuses.
