    Share an Image w/Another Account

It'd be really nice to be able to share images (i.e. snapshots that we've taken) with other accounts by "inviting" them, or simply entering in their DigitalOcean e-mail address, which would then send them an e-mail letting them know (or perhaps a ...

    Download snapshot and/or backup

It would be great if we could download a snapshot. I would use snapshot to replicate development environment on my local computer, I believe many others will do the same. Thanks

Inform the user of the costs of making backups/snapshots before creation

Provide a way to know the source for Backups/Snapshots

When a backup is executed, if I changed the name of droplet, after several backups/snapshots I cannot know where that snapshot/backup was taken from. Probably agood way to solve this is to add a new field to images called droplet_id (via API), in ...

identify droplets in select menu of take a snapshot page by ip address as well as hostname

I am constrained in my choice of hostname. To identify a droplet when making images, I need more characteristics: ip address seems to make sense, droplet size or location wouldn't be bad, but might not be unique.

    Snapshot tree

Hi, When snapshot count reaches a dozen it becomes quite difficult to figure out which has been created from which. I think to have a tree of snapshots is a good solution, like it's implemented by VMWare and Oracle in their virtualization softwar...

Return snapshot ID when creating via API

With your API, when you create a snapshot it does not return a snapshot ID. It returns an action which is fine, but even the action doesn't contain the snapshot ID only the droplet ID. As a result there is no easy way of detecting the ID of the sn...
