    Traffic Stats

When we have now a traffic limit and must pay for over traffic we really need traffic stats so we can see what we have to pay when traffic is empty and pay traffic begin ;)

    Never charge for bandwidth

It seems like you've been talking about charging for bandwidth for a long time but haven't actually done so. Some people (like me) have built high-bandwidth applications on thin margins that could be decimated by bandwidth costs. That's probably m...

    AWS Direct connect

It will be good to get AWS Direct connection for your datacenters so that customers in AWS can access instances without delay. It can also be a good migration plan. Currently the latencies between AWS and DO are fairly large

Make bandwidth overage costs equal to the original bandwidth costs

Today under the "proposed" (but I believe not yet implemented) bandwidth overage model, if a $5 droplet doubles its bandwidth usage, it will incur an extra $20 cost. This causes headaches for developers who have to think "OK do I need to purchase...

Allow access to bandwith usage via API

So it would be great if you can use an API call to your droplet to see how much bandwidth you have left, how much you have used, what your limit is etc.... REST Full API call would be great.

double bandwidth so that it looks more competitive with linode

basically "few" people use all their bandwidth anyway, so why not double the bandwidth so that the "entry" tier is equal to the bandwidth linode offers for its entry tier? For some reason sometimes reviewers seem to think this is a big deal (it's...

Stop billing for bandwidth from Droplets to Spaces

Spaces could be very useful for frequent / large backups. However it would be too costly to pay the bandwidth from Droplets to Spaces. AWS never bills the bandwidth from EC2 to S3 (or vice versa). You should do the same: I suggest that you comple...

Connect Digital Ocean to the Netflix Open Connect Network

Connection to the Netflix Open Connect Network will allow the use of SuperHD in supported devices. By connecting to this network, you will also reduce outbound traffic to Netflix, as you will be hosting cached content for your users, thus allowing...

    Scale transfer rates with resizing

I wish transfer rates would increase beyond 1tb when opting for a more expensive plan,i think 1tb should be for the most inexpensive droplet and increase from that point
