Currently, when an account is suspended, a user has access to only the "Billing" tab. I would like to suggest that you also provide access to the "Team" tab.
I work with teams that sometimes have a high rate of turnover, which can sometimes result in a credit card not getting updated, a bill not being paid, and an account being suspended. In most of these cases, getting the bill paid and services resumed involves a new person who was not previously part of the team.
It would be ideal in these situations if I could add the new team member as a billing contact and then they could log in and update the billing information, resolving any outstanding balances. As it stands now, I have to either pay it myself and bill it back to the client or collect credit card information from the client over the phone. Neither of these options is ideal for security and/or convenience purposes.
