A managed mongo db service would be a killer feature. Lots of web apps today uses mongo and to not have to host it yourself on digital ocean would be so great. Would make argumenting for choosing DO a magnitude easier.
Any word from the DigitalOcean team on this one?, I would start using it immediately!
ScaleGrid is currently the only DBaaS to support MongoDB on DigitalOcean. https://scalegrid.io/mongodb.html
True that. MongoDb would be a great addition to the currently managed DBs. I suprise this did not get that much votes
Thumbs up for managed MongoDB!
@Kaushalya Maybe add a another post about it? MongoDb and Cassandra are different kinds of databases with different priorities. Me myself have at the moment no use for Cassandra as a Service but MongoDb would be great.
@Emanuel Lundman Look at this in order to understand why choose Cassandra over MongoDB
I would like to see Cassandra instead of MongoDB, since it has better performance and scalability and etc.
