For various DigitalOcean accounts I receive various billing emails directly or forwarded via other email accounts. These emails contain no mention of what account they pertain to:
"We are writing to inform you that your monthly billable usage of $XXX has exceeded the $XXX alert threshold set on your account. If you wish to adjust your threshold, or disable this notification, you may do so in your user settings:"
The user action recommended by support is to check which accounts the "To" email address is registered to and thereby reverse engineer which D.O. account this email might pertain to. Also to post an idea for a fix to this feedback forum.
This is just plain annoying and stupid. It surely would be trivial to fix EVERY email sent to that they mention the account.
