I would pay a premium cost (as long as we are not put on hold for too long).
At the moment we are trying to have our account email changed and have supplied all the ID in the way Digital Ocean have asked us to. No one has come back to us in response. We can see no way to contact you and are unable to fund our service with you without being able to login to our account. We are not getting any response through your ticket system.
