This is a feature of S3 I use a lot - see the Amazon S3 docs.
This only exists via S3 API. not via the DO GUI. The 'already exists' tag should be removed from this ticket. This would be a really valued feature for us. It is really risky having no automated backups or versioning of Spaces - we use Spaces for website images and video but If someone accidentally deletes a load of files from one of them, we're f*cked.
Since someone has marked this as "Already Exists" perhaps they would like to point to it in the documentation, becasue I sure as hell cannot find it.
Versioning seems to be already supported.
This would be really useful, for example as backup when someone accidentally deleted something.
