Show current total hourly, daily and monthly cost on the "servers" screen

It would be nice if on the server's page that shows all of our droplets, if there was a small little area that had the total hourly, daily and monthly cost for all droplets and any other additional services we may have.

That way at a glance you can see "Ok, so with what I have right now that will cost me $2 per day..." etc. That way people who need to keep track of the costs can and people who need a group of droplets for a short time can know how much it will cost total for them in their scenario based on the different time's listed and their current costs.

Such as in this example: http://s3.postimg.org/rcqjgs8oz/example.png

I used an opera extension to just WYSIWYG edit the page's text to add the idea. I thought more of a nice sleek horizontal bar but all I could do with the basic editing was to just add a vertical list showing you the example, also edit my real info of course since that is not relevant to this idea demo image.

This is an interesting suggestion but I'd like to hear more feedback and discussion on it just because we get so many billing questions as it is, adding more billing information on other pages I fear may lead to even more confusion.

Well I think it would simplify things. Currently people visit their servers page and they see the servers of various configurations and costs. People would literally need to check hmm what package is droplet one.. then logout and go to the main page and have a look, write the price down, login look at droplet 2 and see what package is this? etc.. If you already just had a cost value that showed the costs involved we can more easily manage what we are doing and make sure we have the funds ready for paying instead of being negatively surprised because we forgot the actual value of the droplets we have/altered.

Perhaps you could have a drop-down box with hour/day/month options and then that actively and dynamically shows the costs next to each droplet and a total at the bottom. That would be very easy to understand, visually pleasing and simplify the whole thing.

Something like this but tweaked to fit your style/theme perhaps: http://s13.postimg.org/t4lrij9dz/example.png

That is the general idea. The content would dynamically update when select hour/day/month. Either way thats just a visual idea, if you guys implement this (which would be great) you would just do it the best way that fits with everything.

@digitalocean would be ace to see droplet current cost in the droplet dashboard + also in per droplet dash...

It used to be easy to calculate in your head--a server with 4 GB RAM was $40/mo, and a 2 GB server was $20/mo. With the new pricing that was just introduced, I have no clue how much my servers cost without going into the 'create new droplet' screen and comparing droplets and prices...

It would be nice to have a 'total monthly cost' and maybe a column for 'droplet monthly cost' and 'droplet current cost'.
