create default domainnames, like droplet_id.droplets.digitalocean.com
For convenience, it would be great to have some kind of domainname available for a droplet, to allow easy testing of subdomains and such, and also prepare for migrations.

have digitalocean auto create a subdomain based on droplet name would make it much easier to ssh into - rather than remembering an IP or having to create DNS entries for each droplet
