Add iCal Calendar for maintenance schedule

It would be helpful if there were an iCal calendar that we could subscribe to which showed when maintenance was being done in each datacenter.

Even an iCal file attached to the notification email would be very helpful - so people could import the events they want to be ready for

I was just about to suggest this. Preferably

    - a feed per datacenter (digital ocean already doesn't bother me about datacenters I have no droplets in, which is good - the feeds should do the same)

    - add a link to the ICS feed to the contents of the mails that are already sent out anyway when announcing maintenance

This allows users to just forward the mail to their coworkers which should know but don't need an account at digital ocean, and they can subscribe to it at their convenience.
