Development and systems Q&A

Due to recent changes to your snapshot policy, it would be nice to be able to bulk manage snapshots. A simple bulk select/remove option would be sufficient.
When having 50+ snapshots it is a tiresome job to delete them one by one. Support can't help. You need 3 clicks per snapshot.
When snapshots were free I would take snapshots often.... why not.
Now that DO charges for snapshots there is no easy way to delete the dozens in my account.
As a user I want to bulk delete snapshots so that I don't have to slowly delete one-by-one and can prevent charges for unused snapshots.
I've also raised a support ticket to DO about this and asked them to delete them on my behalf. They tell me it's currently not possible to mass delete snapshots either from our login or from the systems they have access to!
I would hope that since they are going to begin charging for snapshots they will create an easy way for us to bulk delete unwanted ones.
I think it's poor the DO didn't think about this before announcing that they are going to begin charging.
Waiting for the mess to hit the fan...
I do any to have this too. I know there is an API but it's more about user-friendlyness. When you are going to charge for something that used to be free (or make something more expensive) it's logical that people want the product that becomes more expensive in less quantities. I do really like if there will be a bulk delete option.
