Allow creation of a snapshot when a droplet is destroyed

For safety (e.g. against accidental destroy) it would be great to have a snapshot created automatically when a droplet is destroyed.

If you don't want to do this automatically at least show a **checkbox** that allows to optionally do this when you are destroying the droplet.

For billing oversight, droplets can get destroyed - wasting sometimes, thousands of dollars of work for the procrastinators among us. Since DO saves snapshots anyway, even though it deletes droplets and their backups, using some GB to preserve a snapshot of each DO-destroyed droplet would be invaluable.

Freeze & Thaw: One click snapshot and destroy. One click snapshot restore. Merged

I use DO in place of VMs, but it's overly cumbersome to power down a droplet, re-enter the name & create a snapshot, then destroy the droplet and, when restoring from a snapshot, re-entering the name and selecting all the same settings to recr...
