Display the expiration date of promotional credit expiration.

As you have updated your policies, I request you to display the expiration date of promotional credit expiration so that user can manage according to that.

Currently, there's no easy way to figure out how much credit we have to consume by the end of a month to not simply lose our accumulated credit. I'm someone that gets a *lot* of referrals and the credit expiration policy has been driving me to consider sending referrals to another provider (outside of DO).

At minimum, I need a way to track how much I have to use by X month to not lose credits.

Because the expiration policy seems to be based on end of month, this should be a pretty basic interface... twelve lines.

= Credits expiring end of =
    June 2016: $45
    July 2016: $20
    August: $120

Bam, I know I gotta play with more stuff if I need to chew all that up by the end of August.

... maybe even an option to have that emailed to you every month, including credits that have expired due to non-use.

or... just do away with the expiration. I enjoyed thinking about my server being up years past death.

Or just make credits extend as long as the account is active. The goal is probably not profit through slippage but just avoiding inactive accounts with credit balances.
