One of my client's sites using wordpress was hacked and DO blocked my ports, that is understandable .
My team fixed the issue and remove the malware.
What is not acceptable is DO not replying to my ticket for 2 days!!! I have informed them that the issue was fixed mean while I keep getting complaints from all my clients.
Once the server is back up I am going some place else.
Digital Ocean support is non existent!! Worst support on the industry
