Billing email without account verification

Being able to send an email to an account that won't be able to complete registration would be great.
Example: Companies that use Divvy.
I'd like to be able to send invoices to the automated handler divvy email address, but they won't be able to register an account with DO to be added as a billing member, or maybe any other third-party service for invoice handling.

Hello,
ThousandEyes here.
We request that you implement, like many other providers do, a separate email contact for billing that is not the account nor the team main/operational/admin contact.
We need to feed our PDF invoices to services like "Sentinel.com" and it does not work with user accounts, as emails can not be verified for user registration process.
We need a simple send invoice emails to this email address.

I agree, this feature is common among most service providers that our company uses.
Thing is, to the billing department, I am that annoying "fresh, dynamic, agile guy" who makes trouble with missing or late bills and get looks of "what dinky little service provider did you drag in now? AWS and Azure can do that!"
