Add Percona MySQL as a new option for managed databases

Percona is better and faster alternative to MySQL. However, it's no different than MySQL. Almost all of the things are same.
Please add support for percona mysql: https://www.percona.com/software/mysql-database && https://www.percona.com/doc/percona-server/8.0/index.html. It's no different than MySQL so shouldn't be that difficult.

I think this is valuable in the same vein as the MariaDB request. Both Percona and MariaDB are placing more emphasis on product improvements and support. MySQL will just keep falling further behind because they don't want it to get to close to replacing their prized Oracle product.
