All DO Documentation mentions Posted and Validated Date, however the are usually old. Now since these documentations are updated often. Last Updated date will help visitors understand it is regularly maintained and updated and does not only have old data/information

Thank you! I've implemented a pretty big improvement to the date system, which should now show validated dates and last edited dates, as well as indicating a lot of automatically-generated content which is updated frequently (often daily).
