The user should not first be instructed to create a team in order to invite others to their droplet. Instead, the user should first be informed that the default account created is actually a team and another user can be added to it. This would be the most common use case. The docs are worded in such a way as to give the impression that a new team must be set up before a collaborator can be invited to it.
