In the same way you can subscribe to a GitHub Issue to get alerts on changes.

Hi rs386974,
We just pushed an update that adds <lastmod> to docs.digitalocean.com/sitemap.xml which you can use to keep an eye on topic edits. We do want to open-source our docs one day, but we don't have a timeline we're able to share on that. When that day comes you can use GitHub to monitor our edits, but for now this is the best we can offer. Thanks for reaching out!
