I live in Lufkin, TX, and either here or Livingston, Texas I believe would be a great fit for a data center from digital ocean. Both have lakes near by that could aid with cooling requirements. We have fiber to the home that is 1gbps and cable that is 1gbps. DigitalOcean has nothing in the south, and east texas is very inexpensive. The pay is much lower than that of the city and therefore operating costs. We have a community college and a university nearby both of which could work with you on curriculum needed for jobs.

We recently lost our industry and many are in need of jobs. I would love for you guys to open your first southern location here.

Please advise on your data center requirements. If not you, we would like someone to position themselves here and want to work towards those requirements as a community.
