Saudi Arabia is living a digital transformation. Digital service are the way to go in the country and there are some regulations on where to host your application data for some sector (not sure if not all sector). Currently, the big cloud players did not enter the saudi market (AWS, Azure,…) and I believe DO can become I big player here with its business model.

Tha Saudi government is welcoming foreign investment especially in the cloud and IT sectors.
