The control panel provides getting started guides for getting started with different resources. This is fine for new users.

For experienced users, it is however very annoying to have to dismiss them. Currently dismissing them, only gets rid of them for a limited amount of time, possible due to modern browser privacy features.

Please add a flag in the preferences to never show these guides. It is a point of constant annoyance to have to dismiss them every time I go to a resource. Same can go for the database migration and various upsell dialogs.
