I have created Digital Ocean account but can't start the droplet until and unless I made a payment. I have also got 10$ credit in my account.

The problem is paypal doesn't accept Indian debit cards. I still can't believe that I can't send a small amount of money across borders in this age.

Please do something in this regards. I have applied for credit card( and I hope Indian credit card work with Digital Ocean. ) but I will have to wait another month for it to arrive at my doorstep. I really can't wait to use Digital Ocean.
