I added a custom image using the web interface and it shows like in the screenshot in the "Uploaded" column "3 minutes ago" but this image hasn't actually uploaded yet, it is waiting for your backend to transfer it from the URL I provided.

It would be better if this showed "Pending", then once the image is transferred by your backend, change it to "x minutes ago"
