Add support for timescaledb_toolkit postgres extension

DO already supports the timescaledb extension, but the timescaledb_toolkit extension that includes additional hyperfunctions is missing. Please consider adding support for this too.

Is there any movement on this, or a reason why it's not possible? I'd love to continue using DO managed postgres but will need to know the hyperfunctions currently available in the toolkit will eventually be usable.
