Postgres plugins for Debezium setup

Debezium (CDC platform) requires two plugins for Postgres, which are currently not supported in DO: decoderbufs, pgoutput
Could you please add them?

Managed to set it up using "pgoutput" (supported) and creating publication for the needed tables (FOR ALL TABLES won't work).
