It would be nice to be able to stop using the database during periods when they will not be used and to be able to save some money on the bill. We could also restart it without completely 'destroying' it.

Since it's managed we cannot restart, it while the CPU/memory of cluster reaches 100%. Please give us the feature to turn on/off like a droplet because our public app goes down. Thank you!!
