Allow adding domains by IPv4 instead of CNAME on App Plattform

Currently only apex domains allow configuration via pointing to the IPv4 on App Plattform. Subdomains like www must be added via CNAME. Since the CNAME points to the IPv4, this shouldnt be necessary.
