Allow managed databases Trusted Sources to be used with App Platform

When adding an existing managed database to an App Platform instance, an error message is displayed if the db has Trusted Sources enabled.Trusted Sources is a great way to secure the access to a managed database.As of current implementation of managed DBs in App Platform, I will not use App Platform to prevent any security breaches of my databases.

Add trusted sources
Search for Droplets, Kubernetes clusters, Apps and tags, or enter a specific IP (IPv4 CIDR).
