App platform scale regionally

The scaling of App platform form is restricted to a region. As the deployed project grows and get from traffic from different regions of the world, the app platform deployment does not able to provide fast experience to the users from other region. At least there should be an option to scale your app through different regions apart from horizontal and vertical.

Hello, is there any interest from the staff for this feature ?
Because I feel that could be the main reason people would switch away from DigitalOcean once the worldwide traffic of their web application becomes so large that the experience is degraded for users too far from the hosting region of the app.
