One of the most common tasks in a CI/CD pipeline is to deploy the built app onto the hosting platform.

Currently our tokens used for the CI/CD pipeline has to be a general purpose token (with much greater permissions than needed) to deploy apps.

It would be great to be able to scope a token to the following api endpoint only:
