GitLab Container Registry <-> App Platform

We host all of our containers in GitLab private registries where we perform several security operations on them. It'd be nice to be able to deploy to App Platform from those registries to avoid having to move them anywhere else.

We too use GitLab for internal projects and it would be super nice to be able to pull images directly from private registries. Currently we are using docker cli to push images onto our droplets.
