Trigger App Platform Update via GitHub Releases

In addition to triggering auto updates in App Platform whenever a specified branch is updated, there should be an option to have App Platform release an update when a new GitHub release is created. This way people can have more control over the software they release.To clarify, this feature would be to trigger an auto update on App Platform either when a specified branch is updated OR when a new release is created in GitHub. Not both simultaneously.

To expand on this, it would be great to be able to optionally target a specific release. This way you can keep your multi-tenant infrastructure release controlled with auto-updated and offer controlled updates to your enterprise customers.
