Hello DigitalOcean Support Team,
I am trying to complete a payment using my Mastercard issued in Hargeisa, Somaliland. However, the payment form does not accept the postal code I entered, and I am unable to complete the transaction.
Here are the details I am using:
- Address Line 1: 123 Hargeisa Main Street
- Address Line 2: Apartment 4B (optional)
- City: Hargeisa
- State/Province/Region: Togdheer
- Postal Code: 11111
- Country: Somalia
- Payment Method: Mastercard
I understand that Somaliland does not have official postal codes, which seems to be causing this issue. Could you please advise on how I can complete my payment successfully or provide an alternative solution?
