I was hoping to use the standard $200 free credit offer for new users to evaluate the performance of your Droplets, but it seems the credit was not applied to my account. ​Could you please review my account and help me activate the trial credit? I have already linked my payment method. ​Thank you.

Being able to send an email to an account that won't be able to complete registration would be great. Example: Companies that use Divvy. I'd like to be able to send invoices to the automated handler divvy email address, but they won't be able to register an account with DO to be added as a billing member, or maybe any other third-party service for invoice handling.

Hi DigitalOcean Support Team, I am trying to add a credit card to my account, but I keep receiving an "Unknown Error" or "Binding Failed" message on the website. However, I have received a notification from my bank stating that a verification charge has been successfully processed/pending on my card. Details: Card Type: Visa Last 4 Digits: 1178 Issue: The UI shows an error, but the bank authorized the transaction. Could you please check if my account has been flagged by the automated risk system and help me manually verify this payment method? I am a real user and can provide necessary documents if needed. Thanks.

However, the payment form does not accept the postal code I entered, and I am unable to complete the transaction. Here are the details I am using: Address Line 1: 123 Hargeisa Main Street Address Line 2: Apartment 4B (optional) City: Hargeisa State/Province/Region: Togdheer Postal Code: 11111 Country: Somalia Payment Method: Mastercard I understand that Somaliland does not have official postal codes, which seems to be causing this issue. Please can we introduce a billing cap. No matter how secure your setup something could go wrong and someone could quickly rack up a massive bill, on your account. I think there should be a billing cap option and then also alerts based on this cap. So say you can set it to alert you at x% and then y% of the cap. Currently there is option to set one alert but thats not really good enough.

Hello. When will Digital Ocean introduce cryptocurrency payments—Bitcoin and others? Many hosting providers already use cryptocurrency. Donald Trump actively encourages the use of cryptocurrency.

i would like to be able to transfer a droplet as is (completely with IP address and RUNNING) from an account to another. this has nothing to do with droplet properties and it should be a simple change in database (for droplet_id change owner_id from user_X to user_Y or something like this). from the interface point of view, it can be handled in a similar way with snapshot transfer, with one user offering and another user accepting the transfer this is useful for billing purposes.
