'Past due payment' is not shown to normal team members. If there is a past due, deployments stop working. The normal member has no idea why, because error messages are super confusing like 'no such key'-error. See thread:
To make this more clear, please provide more accurate error messages. If there are concerns about data privacy in order of displaying 'past due' information to a normal member, then still you could display something like 'Please contact owner of XY. Some open issues need to be addressed first.'
