Switch to Per Minute Billing

Sometimes you need to spin up a couple servers to handle the load for about 20-40 minutes. It is understandable that you are billed to the next hour, but I thought I'd throw this out there.
Several other cloud providers, primarily "Google Cloud," is now providing per minute billing. With competitive pricing, this is somewhat compelling.
My request is that digital ocean re-evaluates whether or not they would like to support this billing feature. I would even understand if droplets cost slightly more if you are not enabled on hourly billing.
Thank you for your time.

> We’re working hard at making continuous improvements to our billing system in order to align with changes in customer Droplet usage behavior. We’re happy to share that starting later this year, Droplets will be billed by the second instead of by the hour.
