Hi DigitalOcean Support Team,

I am trying to add a credit card to my account, but I keep receiving an "Unknown Error" or "Binding Failed" message on the website.

However, I have received a notification from my bank stating that a verification charge has been successfully processed/pending on my card.

Details:

Card Type: Visa

Last 4 Digits: 1178

Issue: The UI shows an error, but the bank authorized the transaction.

Could you please check if my account has been flagged by the automated risk system and help me manually verify this payment method? I am a real user and can provide necessary documents if needed.
