MicroVMs were released, but they require a DO token in the Authorization header. I need to run a server on it that receives a token on the Authorization header and that should receive unauthenticated traffic (Webhooks).
I understand the requirement for the DO token, since requests wake up the machine, which implies fees. However, this is limiting, and should be optional.
I want to use it for ephemeral low usage docker images I can't run on serverless, and I really want the scale-to-zero when idle, but I would need to accept unauthenticated traffic.
Adding a proxy in front of it just to inject the token isn't an option. I need control of the Authorization header. Changing my API isn't an option.
