I see in the kube-system namespace that the cilium daemonset has 300m cpu as request but is very under used, this plus the do-agent is chipping almost half a virtual cpu per node, in my 2cores per node configuration is a lot.

So I am asking to change to value or some settings to allow the value to be changed and not be managed.
