Currently new clusters have the option to be created with HA.
I have an existing cluster and want to enable HA.
Current workaround is to create new cluster and migrate but this is not trivial in some cases.

This would be huge! We really want HA on all our clusters, and we're happy to pay for it, but there's no way we can migrate all our clusters to new ones, the workload and downtime would be monumental.
