Since Load Balancer has not real ip forwarding enabled by default, we need to update k8s service with annotation to allow proxy ip addresses.

But it would cause public ip address to be lost.

So, DO, please, add a feature to lock a public ip address to a customer, so we can manage Ingress controller services without fear of losing our ip.

Imagine having 300 customers pointing to it.

We absolutely need to keep ip address linked to our account. So we can reassign it to a renewed LB.
