Add AlmaLinux

As CentOS 8 was deprecated in 2022, AlmaLinux 8.5 should be added.
I understand that Rocky Linux is in the DigitalOcean marketplace, but as cPanel has no support for Rocky Linux, AlmaLinux is my only choice when it comes to being on the latest operating system.
I can use a custom image, but it results in lots of functionality being disabled.
In summary, please add AlmaLinux 8.5 as an operating system choice.
