Hello! After speaking to Marketplace individuals, I found that SendGrid is not actually a full marketplace product—just a referral link to Sendgrid’s site. We've updated the docs to recommend using EmailEngine!

Right now, I'm updating a support article that links to Sendgrid. It's still in review! I'll post the link here as soon as it's live. An alternative to SendGrid is EmailEngine (https://marketplace.digitalocean.com/apps/emailengine). I'm not 100% sure on what happened to SendGrid, but I can remove it from our docs and provide a suggest alternative.
