We currently use Cloudflare for many of our web applications. We are interested in using DigitalOcean’s regional load balancers with SSL/TLS, but a requirement for us is the ability to obtain Let's Encrypt certificates without managing our domains through DigitalOcean.

Due to Cloudflare limitations, we need to continue managing our domains via Cloudflare. It would be very helpful if DigitalOcean could support issuing SSL/TLS certificates for domains managed externally.
