Earlier, once we create the droplet, the public IP is assigned within 2-3 minutes even if the droplet is not ready. We have leveraged this to create DNS A record before it is ready and DNS propagation is faster. But now it is taking too long and public IP is assigned just before the droplet is ready. This is causing the delays in the DNS propagation.

It would be great if you can assign the IP addresses in the first 3 minutes of droplet creation even if it not ready.
