Rotate REST API keys to invoke functions within a namespace

It is currently not possible to rotate the REST API token in Functions. This is a well known practice in every system that manage secrets, keys, etc.
Right now if you need to change it you have to recreate all the functions in a namespace, and update the urls and token in every external integration.
