allow access to disk file when account is suspened for

Come on. Our dev team spent hundreds of hours setting up our server and then you just switch it off without notice. How about allowing existing admin access to the server? Block http and https but at least give us a chance to get our files off.

Add Payoneer MasterCard Payment system on DigitalOcean

Many developers and freelancers all over the world use Payoneer MasterCard for payment related issue. DigitialOcean platform has Paypal payment system but we think payoneer should be added as soon as possible.
